The Typealyzer, Typing Your Blog

I was perusing GlobalPost the other day and came across a blog post titled Analysing this Blog, in the UK section.

Obviously, I just had to click on the link to analyse my blog to see what they came up with. This is what they said.

The analysis indicates that the author of

http://londontango.wordpress.com
is of the type:

ESFP - The Performers

The entertaining and friendly type. They are especially attuned to pleasure and beauty and like to fill their surroundings with soft fabrics, bright colors and sweet smells. They live in the present moment and don´t like to plan ahead - they are always in risk of exhausting themselves.

They enjoy work that makes them able to help other people in a concrete and visible way. They tend to avoid conflicts and rarely initiate confrontation - qualities that can make it hard for them in management positions.

The analysis indicates that the author of

is of the type:

ISTP - The Mechanics

The independent and problem-solving type. They are especially attuned to the demands of the moment are masters of responding to challenges that arise spontaneously. They generally prefer to think things out for themselves and often avoid inter-personal conflicts.

The Mechanics enjoy working together with other independent and highly skilled people and often like seek fun and action both in their work and personal life. They enjoy adventure and risk such as in driving race cars or working as policemen and fire fighters.

Hmmm! Very interesting.

I would say that I am a good mix of these two reports actually. (I am a Gemini after all.) I find it interesting that even though I have the some of the same posts on my blogspot blog, I set it up much later. However, I don’t have as much of the emotional postings on this blog that I wrote when I first set up the wordpress blogs.

Your turn next!
